IBG wins new contract with Singapore Changi Airport
The Independent Consulting business area under Independent Business Group (IBG) has been awarded a new contract for the provision of A-CDM implementation support to Singapore Changi Airport.
This follows the successful completion of a previous contract in which IBG supported Changi during the initial stages of their A-CDM implementation project to identify the required procedural and system upgrades for implementing A-CDM.
The new contract comes with the project now in a next stage as the A-CDM implementation has moved from theory to live trials testing the robustness of the new procedures. The Changi Airport A-CDM core team will continue to be supported by Dave Hogg and Caroline Schmeits from IBG. Dave & Caroline are worldwide industry experts on A-CDM having previously worked as A-CDM consultants for EUROCONTROL as well as assisting Gatwick Airport with the launch and execution of A-CDM.
The standardisation of A-CDM practices is fully endorsed by ACI-World, IATA, ICAO, EUROCONTROL and CANSO and the new contract shows Singapore Changi Airport’s continued commitment to implementing these practices.
