You can submit your complaint in writing or orally to any employee at IBG, and we strive to respond quickly.
Our internal rules ensure that the handling of the complaint is reviewed and approved by people who have not previously been involved in the process.
If we cannot resolve the matter within a reasonable time, we will set up a team to handle the process.
You will then be kept informed of the status of the project from start to finish.
