Singapore’s Changi Airport extends contract

IBG has been awarded a contract extension for the provision of A-CDM implementation expert support at Changi Airport in Singapore.

Independent Consulting our business area covering aviation and management consulting under Independent Business Group (IBG), has been awarded a contract extension for the provision of A-CDM implementation expert support at Changi Airport in Singapore.

Significant effort from all the Changi partners supported by IBG and lead by Changi Airport Group (CAG) to identify the required procedural and system upgrades to implement Airport Collaborative Decision making (A-CDM) has positively moved forward. Resulting with, from July 2014 initial trials commencing to execute the findings and required changes for enhancing operational efficiency by A-CDM.

The Changi Airport A-CDM core team is supported by Dave Hogg and Caroline Schmeits who provide onsite support with their worldwide knowledge and expertise on the implementation of A-CDM. The standardisation of A-CDM practices is essential globally and fully endorsed by ACI-World, IATA, ICAO, EUROCONTROL and CANSO.
