QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor supports cost management and financial control of projects, including cost estimates, feasibility support, project cost analysis, contract documentation, and timely cost-related reporting to clients, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate cost estimates at concept, design, tender, and construction
- Assist in developing budgets and assessing financial
- Assist in tendering, BOQ preparation, pricing documents, and tender
- Support contract administration and compliance with contract
- Assist in handling variations, claims, disputes, and contractor progress
- Monitor costs, prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering
- Analyse financial and contractual risks and support mitigation
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and
- Prepare and settle final accounts and reconcile project costs against
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
- Minimum 7 years’ Quantity Surveyor experience, with at least 3 years’ airport
- Consultancy, construction, or engineering project experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under
- MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional certification
Skills
- Airport expansion or large infrastructure project
- Familiarity with UAE construction contract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
