Independent sign with Changi
Independent Consulting have recently signed a contract with Changi Airport Group (CAG) in Singapore to support implementation of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM). The contract will be performed by the Aviation Efficiency unit of Independent Consulting.
Changi Airport Group (CAG), together with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) recognize the need to define and identify new operating procedures, e.g. Target Off Block Times (TOBT) and Target Start-up Approval Times (TSAT) and raise the airport communities understanding of the operational benefits of A-CDM.
The overall objective of the project is for enhanced on time performance and turnaround processes by maximizing the current infrastructure usage with improved operational efficiency.
With A-CDM being very dynamic and multi-partnered, flexibility must be maintained by all parties involved. Independent Consulting will utilize its their proven knowledge and expertise gained worldwide within this domain by supporting the local A-CDM team in Changi Airport based on their prioritisation of tasks.
Independent Consulting will throughout the duration of the project share best practice and lessons learned with the Singapore Changi Airport Stakeholders.
