Independent Business Group have over the last 20 months have supported Singapore Changi Airport with the implementation of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM).
The contract objectives were to share project management expertise, promote stakeholder engagement and share best practice. The consultants will continue to support the Changi Airport Group (CAG) as required over the coming months to ensure the implementation goals are achieved.
