IBG is a proud partner of Green Flyway 2.0 project that started in January 2024 as a continuation of Green Flyway 1.0. This second phase focus on emission free aviation and air mobility in the city, countryside and across nation’s borders. The project is a cooperation between partners and authorities in both Sweden and Norway.
The main goal for the current phase is to develop an international test arena and corridor for green aviation and drones. The focus includes the development and implementation of public drone services for health and medical operations. To achieve the long term targets the project will also invest and test the needed infrastructure for our future aviation.
One of the main outputs and goals of Green Flyway 2.o is to demonstrate solid airspace and transport solutions for goods and people with both electrical drones and zero emission flights which will include an electrical flight line between minimum two selected cities or areas.
